Will Prudential issue a GL if I did not bring my medical card to hospital?
ØThe policyholder can request for a GL from Prudential by providing his IC number to the hospital staff. ØThe hospital staff will then contact our Hospital Alliance Service staff to verify the patient's policy number and the status of the policy. ØA GL will then be issued once the HAS staff determines that the case is coverable
